Cathy joined us in 1990 bringing with her 16 years experience in Office Administration, Accounting, Financial Services, Marketing, Real Estate and Contracting, including Owning and Operating her own Home Improvement business with her husband. Cathy was a licenced Real Estate professional, a Mortgage Broker, and still holds a Notary Public Licence.
Cathy overseas our Commercial Property Development, Leasing & Maintenance activities, in addition to all aspects of Corporate Office Administration, Accounting and Marketing.
Rosemary Jandrucko
Commercial Properties Bookkeeper
Rosemary joined our staff in 1994 bringing with her secretarial and bookeeping experience gained at General Motors Corp. and a local retail outlet. In addition Rosemary and her husband owned and operated a small chain of Laundromats. Most of Rosemary's multi-task capabilities, however, come from raising her three children, which are now grown and raising families of their own.
Rosemary is responsible for all aspects of Tenant Receivables and Vendor Payables for the operation and maintenance of all of our Commercial Properties.
Bobbie Beresford

Bobbie joined us in 2003, bringing her extensive bookkeeping & executive secretarial knowledge obtained from 27 years in the Petroleum Industry both in the USA and abroad.
Bobbie provides Executive Secretarial Services to the principals, in addition to Bookkeeping and Payroll for the Residential Development & Construction.
